Important: We do not guarantee any specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or search engine results. Search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) change frequently and without notice. Any results you achieve are your responsibility.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing cycles are shown on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Service, the AI models, the underlying software, logos, and all related content are owned by RankPilot or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
• Your Content & Outputs: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the final outputs you generate and choose to publish. However, by using the Service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyze your inputs/outputs solely to improve our AI models and provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish using RankPilot outputs complies with all laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outputs from RankPilot are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated information. You must review, edit, and verify every output before using it. We are not responsible for any consequences of using unverified AI content.

7. No Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific SEO goals or produce ranking improvements.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Any SEO advice or outputs will remain effective after algorithm updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankPilot and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost rankings, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including violation of these Terms).
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We are not required to refund any fees already paid.
